The program should not be used to send spam. Mobile SPAM By mobile SPAM can be SMS-mailing: - Is carried out without the prior consent of the subscriber; - Imposing Customer deceived about the nature of SMS or sender; - Are abusive or insulting; - Leading to a breach of efficiency of mobile networks and mobile terminals; - Incite ethnic, racial or religious discord. |
